¡Hola y bienvenidos a la clase de español!

I'm Mrs. Muñoz. I teach different levels of Spanish at our school. I am originally from El Salvador and Spanish is my first language. I am the sponsor of our school's Agua de oro Chapter for the Hispanic Honor Society, and Eco-Squad. I've been teaching at BGHS for 18 years. I love being a Bulldog! I graduated from Iowa State University. My majors were Spanish and Secondary Education. I really enjoy learning languages. While in college I also took French and Portuguese, and had the chance to live and complete a study-abroad program in Perú. I've had the opportunity to travel to Spain and other countries in Latin America. I've also had the chance to take students on trips abroad to Costa Rica. In my free time I love to read and learn about different cultures' customs and traditions, listen to music in a variety of languages, and play with my dogs, Chico and Tito. This is going to be a great school year!
