Scholarship-Financial Aid Information
The Counseling Office at Barry Goldwater High School receives local and national scholarship information. Scholarship information that is received is dispensed in the following ways:
- Daily announcements
- Posted in the Counseling Office
- When appropriate, teachers in certain departments announce information to the students.

APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL AID:
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on or after October 1st of senior year. Many colleges and universitie have priority deadlines. Please check with each individual school for their priortiy date. By completing the FAFSA, the student is applying for federal grants, loans, and work-study programs. The student may also be eligible for other state grants and/or scholarship funds.
