The Barry Goldwater High School Counseling Program follows the school counseling model established by the Arizona State Department of Education, which incorporates the National Standards for School Counseling Programs of the American School Counselor Association. By following this model, BGHS counselors meet the needs of ALL students through our comprehensive counseling program.
Counseling Mission Statement: The mission of the Barry Goldwater High School Counseling Department is to provide tools and strategies to inspire all students to become successful members of a global society.
