Registration Checklist

Visit RegisterMyAthlete.com and either create an account or sign in
Click Button to start a new registration and include all sports of interest for the year

Make sure to complete all requested information including opening electronic documents and e-signature
Physical Packet can be downloaded from registermyathlete or picked up from the BGHS Office

Upload photo of Proof of Health Insurance to registermyathlete or bring card to Athletics Office

Those in need of student insurance can purchase school insurance from K&K Student Accident Insurance

Upload all pages of your Physical Packet to registermyathlete or bring paperwork to the Athletics Office

Incoming Freshmen and those who are new to sports at Barry Goldwater

Athletes are required to complete the AIA Brainbook, Opioid and Hazing Education Courses once during their high school career. These courses are located at academy.azpreps365.com. Proof of completion certificate should be uploaded to registermyathlete.
Transfers must complete a 550 Transfer form found at the following site: admin.aiaonline.org/public-forms/student-transfer

Students must be cleared prior to trying out for a sport.

Fan Rules:

· No outside food or drinks

· Clear, sealed water bottles only

· No re-entry

· Backpacks and large bags are not allowed

· No drones may be flown on our campus due to airport proximity

BGHS Athletics is pleased to offer your family another great value with the “20 for $65” family athletic pass. We encourage and support family participation in all of our athletic events and this pass will allow 20 people to attend HOME athletic contests for only $65 ~ an exceptional value.

Upon purchase, a pass will be issued to the purchaser. This pass will include 20 numbers located on the edge of the card. For every person who enters a HOME athletic event, one of the numbers will be punched at the admission gate. This will allow family, friends, etc… to attend a HOME event whenever they choose, until all punches have been used.

These passes will be available for purchase in the bookstore during Bookstore Hours.
